Once you taste the butter and cheese on the corn, grilled or boiled, you’ll never want corn any other way again!

Summer is the perfect season for corn. Freshly picked, soft and sweet, this treat is the perfect choice for a gathering family and friends.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pieces of corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: In a small bowl combine the parmesan cheese, butter, garlic powder and sea salt and mix till well combined.

Step 2: In a large pot place the corn on the cob and cover with water and boil at medium heat for 30 – 40 minutes. This recipe is also super versatile. You can grill the corn on a BBQ or by using the oven, wrapping them in aluminum foil.

Step 3: Choose one of the cooking options then serve the corn on a large platter and sprinkle with the flavors mixed.
