This salad is one of my favorites. Each of us has days when laziness hits us and we have no desire to cook. But in the end, we still have to eat something. With just a few ingredients and a delicious dressing you can create a tasty and flavorful salad. All you have to do is mix a few ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing and that’s all. Enjoy!


For the dressing

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  •  1/2 teaspoon  honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the salad

  • 1 pear (sliced)
  • 3 cups rocket salad
  • 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup walnuts chopped, toasted


Step 1: Toast the walnuts over medium heat for 4 minutes per side. Mix all salad ingredients together in a large salad bowl.

Step 2: Add the salad dressing and mix well, but gently. Serve immediately.
